Artesta was born from a simple question: why does art have to be out of reach? Raül Valdivia and his team built a marketplace that brings contemporary art into any home, no galleries, no gallery prices. Over 200 artists from around the world exhibit in their catalogue, with 3,000 published works, each delivered framed and ready to hang.

What sets Artesta apart is not just the catalogue. It is the curation. A rigorous selection process that turns every work into a decorative piece designed for modern living. The result: an aspirational brand with a demanding customer who, before buying, needs answers. Lots of them.

The challenge: one person for everything

Artesta grew from zero without external capital. Pure bootstrapping: reinvest what you earn, never grow beyond your means. That model worked until customer support volume started consuming the founders' time.

The solution: An AI Agent that acts, not just replies

Artesta deployed Konvo's AI Agent across WhatsApp and live chat with one clear premise: they didn't want a chatbot that redirected customers to the FAQ page. They wanted an agent that resolved.

Today the agent autonomously executes over 15 processes: checks order status, handles address changes, processes refunds, creates new orders and updates subscriptions, all without human intervention. The most frequent queries, from "how long will my order take?" to "I entered the wrong address", are resolved in seconds.

In 7 months, Konvo's AI Agent has handled 1,104 conversations autonomously, freeing up 88 hours of team time and contributing to over €379,000 in attributed revenue. 61% of all conversations are now resolved without any human involvement.

But the most transformative impact is not in the support numbers. It's in what the team does with that time. The person who spent years handling tickets by hand now has a new contract and a new role: B2B account manager.
