Artesta was born from a simple question: why does art have to be out of reach? Raül Valdivia and his team built a marketplace that brings contemporary art into any home, no galleries, no gallery prices. The challenge: one person for everything
Artesta grew from zero without external capital. Pure bootstrapping: reinvest what you earn, never grow beyond your means. That model worked until customer support volume started consuming the founders' time.

Artesta deployed Konvo's AI Agent across WhatsApp and live chat with one clear premise: they didn't want a chatbot that redirected customers to the FAQ page. They wanted an agent that resolved.
